Nice ! But the use of this system (called RSL in skydiving) can be very dangerous in real emergency situations , where you can have fast spins which may result in multiple reserve twists. I wold not recommend . I talk from my personal experience.

This system is not new...came from skydiving....and you need a good training to be able to use it safe........because can be very dangerous be in the air with no parachute on your head.

I think this realese system must be used just from expert paraglider o skydiver.

Fantastic, The idea is not new though. I remeber talking about it 18-20 years ago. I think a proto was made then but was not a commercial success. I think people are worried about dumping their glider not knowing if the reserve is open! It would be good to see it tested in real situations cravatte, cascade, spiral etc. Take a spare PDA.. just in case! all the best , hope you make it happen. Steve Axis Paragliding Wales

Exellente idea, felicitaciones parece que funciona bien, el tema seria probarlo cuando se esta en autorrotacion o barrena, y cuantos metros tarda en estabilizarse, no conozco como reaccionan este tipo de vela, logran estabilizarse despues de un problema asi? exitos!!!

That's more like BASE jumping than paragliding :) just for fun of course. No chances that chute would help in a tangled or upside down situation. I jumped with those. And they don't fuck with you.
