Stay motivated. Pray or something. I am on my on weight loss challenge and I am constantly on YouTube looking for new ideas. If you are using the special k bars and fiber one bars as a snack try snacks like hummus and a wheat cracker or a table spoon of natural peanut butter with a stalk of celery and some string cheese,or About ten almonds. You can feel fuller and eat more for the less or same calories as the bars.
Turkey lunchmeat, low sugar oatmeal, reduced fat wheat thins, ground turkey, chicken breast, frozen vegetables, veggie burgers and sausage, low cal English muffins, 60 calorie jello chocolate pudding... Just a few things in my diet. You can eat so many things just lower calorie, less fat and sugar and when you cook use Pam cooking spray instead of oil or a little olive oil. So sorry for my little rant lol but I want to help because I know it can get frustrating.
@xJorox Also you rant is fine I need all the help I can get and I thank you btw... I feel like I have bought healthy products and was just wondering why haven't my weight changed and I guess it was because I was so hung up on the brand names that I didn't even look at some of the lower cal products. I also didn't even think about the switching my calories up everyday I will have to do that from now on that might be the problem. THanks for all your help!!!
Lol I understand about not liking going grocery shopping so often but it's important to get fresh fruits and veggies into your diet. Canned fruit and veggies are ok but not all the time If you do eat them get the ones with no sugar added or soaked in real fruit juice most of them are packed in a sugar syrup... Which kinda defeats the purpose of eating fruit lol. Get canned veggies with no salt added. Almonds (plain, no salt) are great for you. Low fat yogurt, string cheese, whole grain bread, t
Also make sure your eating enough calories needed for weight loss for your weight. eating too little calories everyday can be hurtful to weight loss, lol doesn't make since.
Also change up your calories say you need 1600 cals daily (look up how much you need for weight loss) so one day eat 1600 next day 1550 then maybe 1500 then go back to 1600... You stay close to your range but your always keeping your body guessing so it doesnt get stuck.
The most important thing you can do is not give up! I have hit plenty of walls during my journey but just keep going. Brands don't really matter as long as they fit into your daily calorie goal. Its all about variety to if you eat the same thing day after day, even the same exercise over and over your body gets used to it and you stop losing or not as much.

@xJorox Maybe that's what it is because I have gotten into a routine and it is the same thing maybe my body just got used to it
