One question is why does God permit Black Magic to take place (almost instantly) and yet the Cure through Ruqya is hardly effective (if at all). Go see the Ruqya forums and you will see that the problem persists.

Hardly fair is it? Especially when you (as a victim) go out your way to ask Allah for help on this issue which is practically out of your control.

@PUNISHERUltra Ruqyah should be effective because it's meant to be a cure. If it doesn't work then the problem is from the perfomer of the Ruqyah or the patient . Both parties should first and foremost be certain of its power (practicing to see if it would work / testing it is not the same as practicing it with certainity of its healing.) Pure niyah, using the correct method of Ruqyah,and consistancy are the key factors of the effectiveness of the ruqyah. Allah also tests patience.Sala'am.

Regarding your statement "Brothers and Sisters please do Dua for me", God will guide you only if you yourself "sincerely" ask God for his guidance. Prayer from anyone else regarding matter of faith will not work I am afraid. If it did, our prophet's uncle Abu Taleb would not be a disbeliever.

You mustn't however(as far as I know but Allah hu Alim) make dua for those who choose to be ignorant of the truth. For others hidayah, I'm pretty sure that it's okay to make dua for other Muslims especially those who ask you.

Of course if a Muslim asks for Dua, you can make Due for him. However, when it comes to Iman, his own sincere Due direct to Allah is most effective. However, his Muslim brothers and sisters should help him overcome his doubts, and this can be done through discussion and dialogue. In this way, the strength of someone's Iman may strengthen someone else's Iman. Indeed, Allah in Qur'an has instructed us to hold on to the rope of Iman as a group and community, not as individuals.

@ISMASHYOUBRO Make dua to Allah that he guides people to the truth and open their hearts and allow them to seek the truth and abandon ignorance. Prophet of Allah (saw) always made dua for his companions. And in our Salat the last dua is for yourself, your parents and all the mu'mineen.
