It is said in the end. It is the mod, that changes handling file, and in the game the player just has to enter "comeflywithme" for the car to fly. It is very diddicult, cause the skin has to be changed, and the GTAmodinstaller will not help, cause the car gets additional wheels. Sorry, have to use IMGtool.
