I saw him in Glasgow 1976 first tour he did - with Supertramp and Gallagher and Lyle. He came out on the stage with a guitar and a chair and sung this and patricia the stripper the crowd went bezerk it was fantastic. especially when you think that Supertramp are what 8 people and loads of intsruments.

ich finde die Version sehr gut. Es ist sicher nicht einfach, diese energiegeladene Ballade autentisch in live zu bringen.

Ich finde seine Attitude in dieser Interpretation sehr gelungen. expressiv und ausdruckstark.

Obwohl so eine Livedarbietung niemals so glatt sein kann, wie die Studioversion, ist diese Version doch erstaunlich melodisch, trotz der starken Expressivität.

Und er demonstriert, daß seine Stimme auch live so kraftvoll wie in der Studioversion ist.
