i dont think its actual x-ray just sees the shape of your body and u can see a fake image of his naked body thats why it cant go through the pillow. also if u have a nipple ring it might not show it

This is not fake! in cameras there are some filters that defend you to see under clothes (every camera got it) but, you can remove it from it so you see like that... But of course, not everything will be seen only some kind of clothes, like in this video (his t-shirt)... The filter defending this, is named "Ultra red filter".. Thanks for reading :)
