Hey! I need help! My bamboo tablet was working fine..
But I realised that the sensitivity have been decreasing. Like I need to put in more force to click.. Unlike in the past where just a little tab will do.
And it the lights don't glow when my pen when it's within the range. Now I NEED TO PRESS DOWN REAL HARD!
Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
I need help fast.. I need to get my assignments done
I dont understand why are they so much oriented on scrolling webpages and rotating pictures. They should say more about its main purpose- drawing. I would never pay so much money for something i can easily do with my mouse but i surely cant draw with mouse.
free something, 1 year subscription of another something...blablabla
I bet the product itself should cost 1 buck but they add ll the other shits, saying that they are free, but they actually makde one pay for all of them in the price. -.-"
what size tablet is that in the video? im looking to buy one. im not sure whether to get small or medium. I am an industrial design student...and like using the larger tablet available at uni. however i cant afford it myself ;) thanks wacom
I'm in a graphic design program and about to purchase my first drawing tablet... I've been trying to read up a bit about what I'm looking for, but I feel like I need a more hands on experience or at least a real demo that is more specific to my graphic design needs. Is there a way I can test a product out or is there at least a video on the website to help me? I live in Vancouver, Canada... and I wish there was something like an apple experience where I can test the product.
i have had this one for a almost 2 weeks now and today it won't right click and it doesn't show the screen as the tablet like i have the mouse in one place the i bring the pen to another part of the tablet and my mouse stays in the same place i tried changing the nib but no help
uhmmm ,, is the bambo fun pen and touch can be connected in laptop using bluetooth? instead of wire ? please answer, i would like to buy the bambo fun pen and touch.
I find it rather difficult to draw on the tablet and looking at the screen. Mostly because the active area is exactly the whole screen. Is there a way to customize it?
Do you have to install it to your laptop? I am just wondering if you could use internet in a different way and may be use it while walking? portable wireless? Is it really just for something to replace a mouse?
i either have the bamboo fun or craft and recently the pen pressure and eraser have stoped working for some reason :( and i really need the pen pressure for my drawings
I have the pad with the pen but my mom took it from a place to another anyway
the tip of the pen, I found it not perfectly rounded, I dont know how to properly explain it but am afraid that my mom knocked it on something so can you please just describe the tip of the pen (the thin tip) for me pleaaaaaaaaaaase???????????????????????
I have one of this bamboo tablets . I has the Bamboo Pen , its so much cool , i like it so much but i use this on Windows XP , on Windows 7 or Vista is better .
So if i want use multitouch, but also want to use pen, i can't simply buy Bamboo touch and pen? Or just a Bamboo Pen alone? Only Bamboo touch and pen will allow me to use both?
Which is the best one for drawing out of craft bamboo fun bamboo pen and touch and thee other bamboo fun that isnt in this video but its the white one in choosing a bamboo tablet the first suggestion over there >>
I am getting Bamboo Fun. Since I have dual monitors, I chose it over the Intuos Small. 1024 pressure levels used to be what the Intuos could do but I was so excited when the Bamboo product line had this capability. Thanks Wacom!!!
I look and think, it-costs to buy or not? Friends speak,-buy!, better, than BAMBOO for work in a photoshop not find. What model in an video?Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen&Touch A5?
I'll be hoping to order my first wacom bamboo pen touch tablet by thursday I'm excited! I know it comes with a photo editor but will I still be able to use it for photoshop?
Yes, you'll still be able to use it for Photoshop. The Bamboo Pen & Touch comes with a free version of Adobe Photoshop Elements, which is a simpler, slimmed-down version of Photoshop. Both these applications work well with Wacom tablets.
@NemoNameless0 im about to buy Genius easy pen i405 4"X5.5"? Is this suitable for Zbrush application and other 3D modeling software? like 3ds max? PhotoshoP? tnx
On the Bamboo Pen, can you disable the finger touch function? Because A) my macbook already lets me do multi touch on it's trackpad, and B) I'll probably keep clicking on the pad whilst trying to use the stylus and that will be really annoying. Thanks
Yes, you can disable the touch functionality. Wacom has assigned this toggle as a default to one of the four ExpressKeys, making it just the click of a button to turn on/off.
why are they seemingly targeting these towards the casual crowd? its quite obvious they are meant at heart, for artists... and I find it annoying that they bead around the bush talking about how great it is for surfing the web, instead of talking about its compatibility with programs, and accuracy...
Thanks for your comment. The Bamboo line is indeed targeted at the casual user or home hobbyist.
It's obvious that people really enjoy this price point, but for people who are very serious about their art and who spend long hours working on screen, the Intuos4 line is unbeatable. Wacom works with this Pro Community to develop features and functions that will help speed workflow and make online production much easier. Sadly, Bamboo lacks many of these neat features.
I just bought the Bamboo Pen and it is AMAZING, so very worth the cost. I've already been using it for a few days and I adjusted to using the tablet for navigation in a few minutes. I'm working an several pieces of art and will submit them soon to DeviantART. Thank-you Wacom your tablets are fantastic.
yeah uh...i have a bit of a problem with the new driver update for my bamboo fun. the penflick "back" shows the icon for forward and vice versa. and now it won't show up on the win 7 onscreen keyboard.
Ah, we don't much care how people pronounce the name: tomato, two-mat-o. But, yes, in actuality the company name is Wah-com, "waa" actually meaning harmony and "com" for computers.
Pressure sensitivity means that you can map an attribute to this feature - like a size or opacity of the brush in photoshop or other graphics editing software. This means that depending on how hard you press (there is a moving tip in the pen) you get for example thicker lines - just like in real world - when you just barely touch a paper with pencil or press it real hard.
The most expensive of new bamboos is bamboo fun pen$touch - (size A5) costs 199 euros (the best of bamboos). Others are A6

1,024 levels of pressure sensitivity?
What does that?
And howm uch is a good tablet, new?
And which is the cheapest out of them?
And the difference between them?
THANKS!
luckyazian13 2 years ago
Pressure sensitivity means that you can map an attribute to this feature - like a size or opacity of the brush in photoshop or other graphics editing software. This means that depending on how hard you press (there is a moving tip in the pen) you get for example thicker lines - just like in real world - when you just barely touch a paper with pencil or press it real hard.
