I read in the paper how a man has to serve 38 months in prison because he said, online, that a judge who voted against gun rights should be killed. I can see how a government wouldn't like such speech. I think saying such a thing is wrong myself. I'd say "subjective free speech" isn't free at all and, after a government has passed laws to the effect, becomes subject to exploitation when/if nasty elements control the government. When a government tells people what they can and cannot say, that government has become tyrannical. Bad politicians always eventually exploit good-intentions laws.
