i think you need to stretch the letters out vertically. just a bit. other then that it was perfect. :)

the letters are easy enough. make a seperate comp with your text in there, drag it into your main comp and animate the scale slowly. you can fade it in or out or if you knoq anything about track mattes you can make it more close to the original. play around with the basics of AE and you'll be doing better than this in no time

i think i used a track matte. this insides of the text show through to another copy of the main images comp but it was slightly retimed.

Seperate comp, same animated pages but change the transfer mode to stencil alpha. That would work.

no, its really really not. Premiere is Adobe's editing package. After Effects is for Motion Graphics and Compositing. If you are editing in After Effects you ared oing it wrong
