@dragonqueen123321 Those "black cube thingys" are called twilight. I was confused of those things too until I noticed that Midna kept saying "Aww,I was just having fun in the twilight. See you later." so I figured thing black things coming from the ground were the twilight.

@Themileygirl55 I'm about to blow ur mind ._. only Wolf link was a prisoner and due to his wolf stereotype you will notice wolf link is a bit more aggressive and "meaner" Then the human link. The chain the wolf has on symbolizes that hes a badass. The Human link isn't as much badass as the wolf link, so the human link gets awesome abilities like how he puts his sword away awesomely. The human link is awesome, the wolf link is badass. So they didn't put the chain on human link :D
