Does anyone actually know why the FPS changes which jumps can be done?

I know it makes a big difference but I don't understand how fast the game refreshes your POV has anything to do with what goes on inside the game,

if that makes any sense.

no, because u need often 125, 250 or 333 frames per second and a console have only 60 fps
