So cute that they like being milked:D. What i have seen is that while milking, the buffalo puts her hind leg as giving space for the milker (maybe as your dog lifts its leg for you to rub its tummy) , at the same time maybe they have mathernal instinct implicated.
Yes they like being milked also what i have seen is some of the buffalos are very particular about the touch. Once they are used to a person it may resist a change :)
It can be seen the cow is enjoing it as she puts her hind leg behind to let you take more, she feels as you were giving to her a belly rub
