Thanks. I see many morons viewed and responded to you video. It's a shame there are so many idiots on YouTube with nothing better to do but criticize.
Would you want a joint to be in the middle of a door jamb? I guess that's the way a guy who makes a video about not using a pullbar, and the first thing he does is use a pullbar does it. He leaves debris under the floor when he cuts the tongue off, shouldn't you do that somewhere else. I think you should join 2 pieces and glue it down there, instead of dealing with a small piece at the end.
for a better finish you can cut the skirtinging with a jamb or multitool anf use underside of laminate as a guide for the multitool cutter. i find doing this if you dont want to rip off the skirting if you have plasterboard walls leave you with a professional finish.
I dont think this is the right way. I could have done that without glueing and butchering the panel and click it in place like its meant to be. Also, do yourself a favor and tape a piece of cusion or something soft on the the end of the pull bar thats scratching up the floor.
I think the caption should be: "how to install the unclickable last row with a pullbar and glue".. Good tip but people got confused since there is no reason to avoid the click. Should not the baseboard hide the gap?
those pull bars arnt bad. Im a carpenter, and i never use that pull bar.. just rip your piece down to what you need it up again the wall there, and put it on its angle in order to clip it in, put a small block of some sort again the moulding so you dont damage it, and pry it in with a chisel. two seconds.. thats if someone doesnt have this pull bar rubbish :)
Wow!!! First of all your moisture barrier is cut to far from the base board! Defeating the purpose of using it! around you walls is the most important areas to guard against moisture! Second your sliding a chisel, hammer and a PULLBAR around on a brand new laminate floor!! I use the same method when needed, but I never lay my tools on a brand new bare floor!!! your asking for complaints from your customers!!!
If it looks like a pull bar and it sounds like a pullbar and it tastes like a pull bar then it it probebly is a pull bar. The glue and tape costs more than a pull bar so what the f@@:@:
Excellent tip as to how to intsall laminate under a parallel door jam when it is the final row. Don't try to clik them together, chisel off the locking grooves and GLUE down!. This tip alone will save me a bunch of time! meh

@dmoshtaq
There is a reason..... you see the tab of wood left on the plank that goes under the casing? You can't angle and click while getting that underneath.
