I do the first glue layer going either down or up, because it is glue and it sticky, going against the way the hairs grow, as it is sticky, tends to pull the hairs out...

@BridgetteLang I don't have a clue who that is. And I'm not giving credit to anyone. This is one of the most known ways to cover your brows. No one owns this technique. Just cause you saw it elsewhere first means nothing. And just so you know, my mac lady told me the steps to doing this.
