The second form of Alexia can be defeted even with "only" 25 explosive arrows, that's all! :-D They are fast and don't need to load ammos, so Alexia will shift into her third form in a few seconds!

@anchanta They're dealing with bio weapons, it'd make sense to implement a self-destruct system to contain any possible contamination. At least, that's my theory. But, I also think it makes the game that much more entertaining/challenging. :)

Its T-Veronica, T-Alexia, and T-virus. Veronica Ashford was the founder of the virus and Alexia is a clone of Veronica.

The second form of Alexia is still very tough when you are new to the game.

When I played it first time round it was a tough round when it came to facing the second form of Alexia both as a fat bug and as a dragonfly when fighting her with the linear launcher when it was released. I used grenade rounds and the magnum and the crossbow with bow gunpowder and it brought her right down eventually....

You should have saved the game at one of the 'safe rooms' when you had the chance to do so near the second palace bedrooms. Collecting herbs and using them at the wrong time isn't really the wisest thing to do. You're an excellent player on the one hand anyway.

The game is lovely, I like the characters and the way they narrate it as well. Although short it still really makes a great Resident Evil game for all the right reasons.

Perhaps the T-Veronica X Virus has something to do with the insects cos when you pick up the red and blue jewel at the first palace its labelled in the inventory as: 'King Ant Object' and the red colored jewel: 'Queen Ant Object' so perhaps that alludes to the virus itself when they took genes from Queen ants combined with progenitor to create the T-Veronica virus. And its the same from the colored jewels collected from the Tiger's eyes near the sterile room in the second palace.

you made the second form look so easy i had like 80 handgun bullets 9 explosive arrows and about 8 grenade rounds as well as 2 first aid sprays and managed to run out of ammo so i had to use my knife and i still died :| too bad i dont have the game any more id like to give it another shot :)

I just beat Alexia, I made a huge mistake of giving Clair the Grenade Launcher, the multiple grenades and Exploding Arrows so all I had left was the Handgun with tons of ammo, Shotgun with a total of 26 shots, Magnum with only 11 Shots and Sub Machine Guns at 13%.

I tried multiple ways with different guns, mostly trying to keep a lot of Health sprays, but eventully I tried a bold move of all guns and few healths and finally beat her.
