I think he is lip-synching. Look at 3:24 and you will notice a second delay in his sining. I might be wrong. but i watched all his live performances of this song and they all exactly sound the same. In my opinion, when you perform live, it sounds different every time you do it because it largely depends on your emotional state at that moment.

@jacky2113 He does not lip sing to many concerts, in fact the inverse is true. I have seen the rare occasions where he does and up close you can tell. His voice simply allows him to sound similar each and every time. Simply put it, when your voice is at that level and you are that gifted, there is no need to sync or modify the vocals at all. However, this is why many current artists have to lip sync. Their live voice sound nothing like studio voice overs.

Hmmm... everything seems authentic except for the very last few notes he hits, when he seems to realize there's a note an octave down of where he is he has to lip-sync... Hmmm... I really want to believe he can hit Eb6 on demand, but...

I'm well aware that he never lip-syncs Opera #2, but it seems to me that most DVD recordings of Dedication have the little ending mistake... Bah, I'm probably just seeing things. @Zhaboka I also have some doubts sometimes when I hear him, not because of the height of the note, which he certainly can hit, but because of the sound of his voice that seems so mechanic and yet so interesting. I wonder if his microphone settings are part of that sound or if it's all coming straight out of his mouth like that. I've tried to capture that sound myself, but I'm not quite there yet ---> watch?v=RGytxaeAiCQ

BTW, watch his adam's apple in this vid - either he is hardest working lipsinger I've ever seen or he actually sings it live.

But do keep in mind that it's not his concert (he is a guest singer) and it went through post production, color correction and sound cleaning. Hense somewhat unnatural sound.

0:58 i got his cd, there's no breathing point in there. +the reverb is called delay which is supported even in live performance

you can hear his breathing in the CD version I've compared. BUT in the Guangzhou concert you can't hear he doesn't breath in as much on the falsetto part after interlude. Also at 0:40 (2:16 in this vid) in that video it's not as smooth.
