  • Oh hey! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker burned crazy amounts of weight.

  • I'm currently doing 80 minute sessions of working out per day. Is it effective if I warm up, then do 10 minutes of high intensity interval training like ski steps, then do 10 minutes of weight training using as many muscle groups as possible and lastly just repeating steps 1 and 2. I do this in the morning before breakfast, but I have a banana and some water just in case. And then again in the evening before going to sleep...

    It's long but worth watching all the way through IMO, loaded with information & research, some of the results overturn popular myths.

    Exercise is good, but low carb & higher protein diet can sate hunger & work too. combination or diet alone might be more suitable for some people.

  • Thanks for the advice. I'm 17 (short and average weight) and have been doing intense work outs for only 1 week and can notice a big difference. Especially on my arms :) It's only a matter of time before my abs come out.
