  • I love it. I've had mine since since the mid 90's and its still going strong, and its the smaller Total Gym 1000. The one on the informercials is Total Gym 5000, which has a larger base and vertical stand and is a little longer. So it all depends on your budget and how much space you have when it unfolds. They each fold up nicely for easy storage and are both sturdy. The 5000 has a few more attachments if that's important to you. That's about it! Thanks for visiting my site.

  • How do you like it. I'm thinking about getting one.

  • Way more Sexier than Christie Brinkley....

  • @MrTrevorjr, I totally agree with you. I have lost over 50+ lbs by changing my diet along with TGym exercises.

  • obviouslt this workout without the proper diet DOESN'T WORK

  • Dude Work on full range of motion when you do the routine. it looks like you are barely moving at all. keep up the work just work on the form. good form is key.

  • @mcafee1971 so where is your video of you doing it with full range of motion

  • @chevylover52295 I feel no need to be in the limelight.

If you didn't care for my comment, You are entitled to your opinion.

Those dips and pull ups are in No way at full range of motion.

    Cheers
