This is about Corporate Welfare.
Do we want taxpayers to support private corporations or do we want the free market to determine which businesses succeed or fail? The State's Constitution is clear and the economics research on this is clear--corporate welfare is unconstitutional and fails to produce wealth in the aggregate!

First of all, she is not a bitch. She is an attorney from a group that represents the tax payers and protects their tax money from being used frivilously by the local government. There are groups like this all over the country for each state or major city.
Undertandibly, you just want a hockey team to remain in Glendale. However, it is a buinsess failure.

If the US constitution doesn't count anymore what makes you thing Arizona's constitution is worth a damn? Hugo Chaves counted my vote in Tempe through Sequoia and no one cares. Sequoia was in 32 other states too. THE ILLUSION OF DEMOCRACY
