Map out your videos according to topic, work on production quality, and post bi-weekly. try to build in about 2 hours a week for research (for first two months at least) and an hour of work per video. Two months of this and you will have started to build a following and you will have a better idea of where you want to go.

I agree with @Cybaria, if you have something you want to talk about, then awesome, I always enjoy watching your videos no matter what they're about, but if you don't have something that's important to you, then don't worry about taking time out of your schedule to make a video just for the sake of making one. I LOVE your hair so much!! I wih I had blond hair, I think it looks amazing on you. I am SOOOOO EXCITED about BREAKING DAWN!! I am addicted to the Twilight Series, and I LOVED Harry Potter.

I would say only post as much as you feel you need to. Don't succumb to peer pressure and think you aren't posting too much. If you have something that you want to talk about, and you want to make a video, then great. If you don't, then I don't force yourself. It's better to have a good video once in a while than a pointless video every week.
As the content provider, it's up to you to decide how you release your content to the audience. Be it weekly, or when you have something you need to say.

I'm a young author as well. My book is kind of like Harry Potter meets Twilight (the love thing) meets Charmed. I can't wait to read your new story.

@mandilynnVLOGS I did have an agent and funny enough they dropped me just before my book was originally released and hit the Amazon best seller list. So I've been doing it on my own ever since :)
