  • ive been volunteering in uganda for a couple months...i started a blog that includes tons of pics and discusses the various obstacles and challenges that i see in this country. i also include a healthy dose of humour. google "bedroom-culture tumblr blog" and it should pop up.....im always appreciative of feedback!

  • thanks

  • joseph kony deserves to DIE and rot in HELL

  • i brought all the breaclets both dvds and a t-shirt, not because i wanted all the braclets but i brought them all insteaqd of buying my new tv because of where the money was going.

  • Okay I know this is sad...but if you look at the pictures of Joseph Kony is it just me or does he dress a lot like he is trying to be Lil Wayne

  • @BlackBeltAJ15 or maybe lil wayne is tryna be like joe....knowing him....

  • This is so stupid!! I feel so sad for them!! I personally think we need to do something about hthis! How would you feel so be stolen and to fight?!?

  • The 'heavenly' goal is to peacefully end the war. And I understand what everyone at Uganda is trying to do. But lets face it, Joseph Kony is already practically on the Death List for the government. They won't just let someone kill thousands of children and just put him in jail for a life time. Eye for an Eye. I know that saying is very harsh but in these circumstances even if he did do peace talks, he's going to end up in jail. He's going to die soon. Killing him now would help in the long run.

  • i dont see why they wouldnt have the right to live in peace, to be educated, to have a promising future...its so sad to see that we live our life as we wish and some people on this planet dont even know if they'll wake up tomorrow..

  • Pelucheputos, I've met these Children, They deserve much more then you do for sure. They are so kind, and loving, even after what they've been through, which is a lot more than you could ever imagine. So don't you dare judge them. I think if you ever spent a month in Uganda you would think the same way as I do.

  • YOU DISGUSTING FREEK...

    where is your dam shovel???

jus go dig ur shi** and bury ur wurthless burrito eat self in it...

you frwak of nature... why were you put on earth???

  • There is a gourmet coffee company that gives 10% of all it's profits to the Invisible Children of Uganda. Here is the site if you decide you want to check it out. boreshacoffee . com/sundeen

  • kill kony dont try have talks of peace with him it wont work

  • Comment removed

  • i wish i could but im a teenager with no money im trying to help but im only one person

What needs to happen is the goverment needs to send in a group of trained soldier or agents or whatever and kick the dudes ass

  • You can make a difference share the story and whats going on Uganda . Its not all about money

  • You just cant kill him then you would be doing the same thing.

  • nononono he is massacring people torture and kidnapping its no way similar

killing him is the only way to STOP him but with this false idea of him being peaceful is just stupid

  • I agree, all that money for schools and food is a waste if they get killed because their military is too weak, which it is. And then the question is, which African country do you start with first? Sudan where last year an esimated 300,000 people were slaughtered by death squads or do you go into Somolia where people are publicly executed for being secular, democratic, or violating "god's" law? Uganda is bad but there are countries that are much worse off I hate to say.

  • im so happy to see things are going better.

invisible children is changing the way people think today.

  • JACOB!!

i really want to do things for them.

so i just bought the invisible children dvd!

its a little thing, i know, but at least it is something!

  • people should try to help my country

    as much as they can

the Acholi people have been through so much

joseph koni(leader of the LRA) is a very dumb person

he has hurt so many people over his believes

DO ALL THAT U CAN HELP UG

    My country didnt do anything

    to deserve all this pain

  • We watched invisible children today durring our social studies classes and it woke up a lot of us. And I don't understand why the US isn't doing anything to help? How can anyone let this go on?? I'm so happy my school is getting invovled in this. Tomorrow and the next day at lunch we are have a battle of the bands fundraiser where ALL the money goes towards the invisible children. I recommend everyone to see this film and get involved!

  • search for " the verbal attack" and click on the first link

  • come on people, we can do something. Why is it that, we saw little wrong with invading a foreign country to bring destruction and death to the doorsteps of iraqi citizens, yet there is little want for our government to step in and help these kids?I've bought several bracelets and i encourage others to do the same.Yeah you may not be able to go to africa and help these people, you may not want to speak up,but by buying a bracelet you are doing your part

  • Some of the comments I've read prove ignorance and self-centeredness. If all you can do is use foul language and demeaning words, I feel sorry for you. If you have enough courage to get the right perspective on global poverty, you'll be moved to make a difference for a life you've never met.

  • dats cool that things are gettin better =] i watched one of the video at the beginnin of skool n it was really sad

  • That 1717 Guy has nothing to do with his time and he being of a ehtnic culture makes him look even more ignorant!!

  • yo flying 17 17 wanna know what fuck you the only nigger here is u imagine if u had to live ike that see ppl get killed all around you live in a world of war we all live in war but ahve u actually seen it? this is to all you ppl that think it's a joke

  • screw you flyingass1717. if u wana b a skinhed then go off n bone othr guys from behind

  • Honestly, who do you think you are? Invisible children helps a group of people in need. It has nothing to do with the color of skin or race, it's basic human decency, a concept you obviously don't understand. Sure you're all big behind your computer screen, but outside, we all know you're just a socially unaccepted person with no friends. Is this a cry for attention? Do us all a favor and leave you amateurish, uneducated, stupid ass comments to your self. Thanks

  • Wow... Nice. You are so awesome. "Suck my dick"... where did you come up with that one? oh well i really would'nt expect anything more from you.

  • WoW U are truely an ignorant person. You hav to be really bold to even think of those words! I'll pray for you because your ignorance is disgusting..

  • mono ge weng we bape

  • petw wentz organized displace me!!! wich is also sponsered by invisible children!! lol

  • pete wentz did not organize displace me..though he does support invisible children and all that, but he did not organize it.

  • yea lol funny story bout that after i had written this i went onto the invisible childrens web site and i was like ooh fuck...i hope no one gets mad at me.. s o srr lol

  • hahahhaha..its all good. :)

  • Peace, to be healthy and happy. find a way to help

we see who the violence always hits...

  • Great video! Keep up the great work! We give you 5 stars or better said...5 paws up...Peace :)

  • please plaese tell me where to buy these bracelets.....

  • Yes. This is how bad things are - even today - going on in Uganda and the west just cares what new handbag they should spend money on while thousands of children die to malnutrition, famine and thirst.

  • opps i meant ''now'' but i typed ''not'' in my commemnt

  • ic: you should put the web address for dicplace & schools4schools not that both of them are in motion

  • i saw the a vid like this at my old school it made cry . i want to help so bad

  • this is so inspiring.

ive watched several of these videos.

and im getting my youth group and church involved.
