  • That's slick. Greasy lubed quick and topped off with some flair

  • Amazing how he was still able to maintain his speed past the Red Wing like he was skating in a straight line.

  • Savadian spinorama is not named after Denis, it's named after Serge Savard.

  • @bresus Yes, its a great video, i have more goals from that video uploaded

  • He looks kinda like Alice Cooper.

  • Absolutely one of the best players ever !!!

  • not fair Savard clearly has the new RBK 9k pumps 20 years before they came out

  • @hockey1739 YES! I said the same thing on another video of Savard's goals. Looks exactly like the 9k's Kovalev uses.

  • Randy Elier encore les noeuds dans'llé patins! lol

  • Too bad Campbell doesn't do it that well. He usually gets knocked off the puck. At least he doesn't do it as much as he used to.

  • What's ridiculous is how many spin-o-rama goals were scored on his backhand.

  • the announcer didn't make it up, it was named after Serge Savard about 20 years before this.

  • ya i understand it was named after him it just sounds stupid. spin-o-rama has more pizazz to it

  • no, it doesn't sound stupid, its awesome!

  • @tjackson76 And before Savard it was Doug Harvey that first started doing the spin.

  • Wow. I didn't know that. Thank you for the information.

  • haha on the second one, he puts that Penguin on his pants with the spinorama

  • he creates way 2 much space between the d man on that 2nd one. thats gold

  • Nice move against the Pens, but Barrasso should be able to stop a backhand from the circle...

  • Wow this i tight!

Q: is he related to marc savard?

  • A: No, Denis Savard is french. Despite his name, Marc Savard is an english canadian.

  • lol 50 Great Goals... what a awesome movie, i used to watch it when i was younger

  • pure special move

  • Savard is the most spectacular player ever.

  • 100% totally agree.

  • Denis Savard is the most spectacular player ever.

  • Savard said he could only do the Spin-O-Rama spinning to his right.

  • its an easier actin for a righty

  • So smooth and PRO :P The French are good :D

  • Man oh man, at :35,Savard made that Pittsburgh defenseman his bitch, made him look stupid.

  • Thanks for posting this! I can't believe this is the only good Savardian Spinorama posted on Youtube. I had these on video years ago but...no longer. The one and only TRUE spinorama.

  • Sweet. I was lucky enough to get a ticket back in 1994 at the Forum saw a Spinorama by Savard and since then I have never seen a better goal live.
