I guess the Decap plays at the end, just when the camera turns away "Ca c'est Paris".

The "Pigalle" is kind of a self-made organ! It was built by swiss craftsmen whose name I couldn't remember, sorry! The owner (a lady called Esther from Basel in Switzerland, but that's all I know) does many arrangements for her organ herself. The song could be "Tief im Böhmerwald" but once again, not sure
