  • Been following this simple program for about 3 weeks and I definitively built some muscles. Didn't have much to start with but it got me going and Im happy I tried it! I'll continue for sure! Cant do the concentration curl so I use some weights on that one. Or you can just use some bags with heavy stuff in them. Works just as well.

  • Nice video.The exercise would certainly help you build muscles but it also needs an effcient diet to complete with it. I do know a link of a site that gives information and workout plans that you could use in helping you gain lean muscles and achieve the looks you ever wanted.   • I have started doeing this 3 weeks ago every day. Back there I could'nt do the inverted and close-grip push-up at all and now I can do 10 inverted ones and 2 close-grips :) ıt is good to see ı can do something :D

  • @THEknoww Every 2nd day! The muscles have to recover, which takes 1 day. Only during this recovering period, they grow.

  • crunch the last Exercise is training the stomach muscles?

    couse usualy i do 50 full tucks and only than get a bit fealing of pain

    crunch i do about 20 and it hurts a lot more so i can do crunch instead

    of full tucks/more helpful?!

  • @TheLittleBoyNextDoor Your body needs to supply oxygen to the muscles, if you're holding your breath you're minimizing the amount of oxygen supplied to the body/muscles.

  • Only ?? don't be ridiculous , this is useless for bodybuilding, if you want mass you do as heavy as possible as little as possible and with as little time consumend in the gym as possible, most professionals would reccomend no more than 8 Total per workout sets

  • A good diet is just as important as the workout so make sure you eat enougth calories ie 500 more than the daily recommended for a male. I also use whey protein and creatine which helped me get some good gains. I belive eggwhites are the best food compared to anything else as its high in prtoein and low in fat and cheap!!

  • Crunch 10 rep. 3 sets u do the crunch 10 times rest for a min do another 10 rest for a min and finally do another 10 and that's it. i hope this helped

  • you get a good shaped body instead of one which is bulky. it much healthier too. However he missed out a couple of excersizes for the calves, obliques and hams.

  • nop you do 2 sets for each exercice and when you finish you do all of the cicuit one more time but if you have time you can do it a third time

  • I'm 16, 1.9m tall (6'3) and 75-76 kilos. I've been working hard for a whole year and I've gained 10 kilos of muscles. So what I am trying to say is that working our while being skinny is pretty hard, but the results will come as the time passes and you keep on working out.

    Also, you must have a straightedge lifestyle for better results, because as you might know alcohol 'helps you' get fat and smokes kill you.

  • I havent seen the video, im going to see it now, but I'm reading the comments and I am going to help you guys. To be big you need to eat a lot, but good stuff, like eggs, white meet, rice, potatoes etc... You must take 2grams of protein for each Kg of your wheight each day, and take a lot of good carbohidrates and good fat, like olive oil. Train hard, and you'll see results. Rest at least 8 hours a day. If you must, use suplements, the basic ones, like powder protein an powder carbohidrates.
