"If you read the relevant bill (S.1867...) and read section 1031 it would seem to imply exactly this. On the other hand, if you read section 1032 of the same bill you see that it's talking about the same thing (indefinite holding of terror suspects...) but it says THIS:

If you read the relevant bill (S.1867...) and read section 1031 it would seem to imply exactly this. On the other hand, if you read section 1032 of the same bill you see that it's talking about the same thing (indefinite holding of terror suspects...) but it says THIS:

Obama and many others want this bill vetoed because the constitution clearly states that all criminals no matter what the crime or who they are deserve to plead there case through the court system... Terrorist were already held without due process in Guantanamo bay when bush was president and Obama closed it.

The NDAA will give the president the right to permanently imprison any American citizen deemed a “terrorist”. It also deems PROTESTING as “low level terrorism”. The government is planning on getting rid of the Occupy protestors.
