  • But she's turned nightingale before our very eyes and ears and flies beautifully. What more could we ask?

  • Nice.

  • what a beautiful sound ! T-T wanna cry

  • You are an amazin player. i've fallen in love with the picc, and i want to play piece of music because you play it so beautifully. Hopefully when i do i can master all the musical elements you have an order to make this concerto sound like you played it.

  • Belle version de ce joli morceau Nous vous proposons notre duo flûte guitare

    DEMAREZ CASSIGNOL

  • Can someone tell me where to find the score for this please

  • I did this last year and went to state for it , woot she did it well

  • this makes me so happy..because i play piccolo o: and i plan to do stuff like this!

  • Very impressive...

  • i wanna be good as her but sadly i never will i suck

  • @MISSCOOKIEKILER You can be good if you keep on practicing and practicing. Never put yourself down. :)

  • sounds cool, and by the way, i saw a piccolist out of this world. listen to both parts of this this guy, this music is flawless. search for "freakollo" by Yossi Hamami.

  • i. hate. piccolos. but i cant totally see the amazing talent she has!

  • @lootbucket why=( ?

  • Incredible!

I like that video and that girl, she is an artist!

  • @druexs03 I don't think it's too fast, the difficult bit's practically a cadenza so some liberties can be taken. However it does go very sharp in that bit. Also, I wouldn't play all the tutti bits - you'd have more control over the solo bits if you could take a rest every so often, and it's really not necessary to! Otherwise good - really nice sound!

  • Who owns a wooden piccolo? I'd love to get one but I'm unsure of how to start daily practice on one sincethey can crack if it's not warmed up properly. I already play piccolo, very tempermental creatures. This movement is great well done!

  • its only when you get a brand new wooden piccolo that you have to be extremely careful....i believe you should only use it for 1 hour a day once you get it to break it in...after that its ok to use it whenever

  • Very Good Cristina:-)))))))

  • oh. my. god.

  • That was great! :D I have to play this piece and mvt. for a competition and I just got the music. Hopefully, I'll sound as awesome as you :)

  • wow it hurts your cheeks to pay the pic for long periods of times and she does it like its nothing!

  • holy crappp...THIS IS AWESOME~! :) i wish i can play like youuuu...i'm a flute player and i'm trying to play piccolo next year :)

  • that is so wonderful

  • popaye music

  • holy crap. thats all i can say. blew my mind. ive never heard a piccolo sound so clear, so beautiful, or so proficient. bravo...this one is getting added to my favorites!

  • Does anyone know where i can get this piece(links!) i want to use it as a tryout piece for college to become a music major! please :)

  • What are you playing on (mfr and model)?

  • bravo!!!! I know how hard it is to master this piece, done it for college exam.

  • lovely professional, wonderfulllll tone......no wordssss

  • wow you have some chops playing all the tutti and tonguing so much =D

  • iron lungs! =D

  • nice job! a couple suggestions.. you might want to try opening up your sound a bit more in the lower range :) it'll make the piece all the more beautiful.

also, just minor intonation issues, nothing terribly garish. and just in my opinion - less body movement! I find it very distracting.

overall, a good interpretation! keep working the finesse :)

  • This is a beautiful piece and in my opinion one of the hardest one to play!! I play on sopranino, which is a counterpart to the piccoloflute!! U play it beautifully dear!! Keep em comin!

  • Too Fast !!! You change tempo in the more difficult section. Remember, only take a piece as fast as you can play the hardest section. You loose lyrical content when playing too fast also. Slightly slower is better.

  • What are you talking about?

    She's fantastic

    phenomenal!

  • @druexs03

Maybe you should post the video of YOU playing it so you can show her how it's done!

  • @excalibur1812 I agree!! Some people can never give encouragement or praise, they think it's important to critique another's work, like their opinion is important. Usually, they can't do what they are critiquing. These people are commonly referred to as "jackasses." Beautifully played.

  • @rbentrdr

Really. I posted this message and it was FLAGGED for SPAM.

  • @excalibur1812 Well, I guess he can dish it out but he can't take it!!! I've played flute for years and just got a piccolo yesterday. It will take awhile to adjust to it. I doubt I'll ever be this good, but at least I'm trying. And no, because of people like him (I'm assuming its a him), I will never post anything on you tube! Cheers!

  • @druexs03 Its baroque music, she can do what she wants

  • simply wow....

  • this was freakin awesome!! i play the piccolo for a very small school in KS, i wish i could be half as good as you are :) you are now one of my heroes.....

  • great job! very good!

  • woah....awesome!! a couple intonation issues during octave switches, but in general, really greaT!! (yep, with a capital "T"). i have a piccolo but i don't really play it.. now i have a piece to play!!

  • dannnnngggggggggg O___O

fast yet clean! very nice =D

  • what piccolo do you play (brand/model)?

  • I have to play this next semester for my school with a full orchestra.... I can't wait to play it now after hearing you. I noticed that you took out the spaces where the orchestra would play play themselves for a little while.

But you did friggin awesome!!!!! =D

  • You made my day.

  • werry well you play god

  • Wow, I'll be lucky if I could play that half as well as you.

  • the playing is superb. excellent musicianship

  • you should've mentioned the accompanist in your notes. that's rudee.

    But great job.

  • I love the Vivaldi piccolo concertos.

  • Servus!Bravo,Cristinuto...canti foarte fain la piccolo!!!Ce zici,ne organizam pentru intalnirea de 10 ani?

  • Servus!Mersi, sper sa ne vedem in curand!

  • Wonderful!!!! also, great job by the accompanist.

  • too good.... way~~to good..

  • so amazing. This sounds so happy and fun,I want to dance!

  • She scares me with her AWESOMENESS!

  • Bravo.....Tot buna ai ramar:)

  • WOW--- You are the Joe Satriani of the piccolo! The expressions and timing look so natural, as well!

  • Ahh I love your tone!! :D Hmm I don't play the cues for mine, but it doesn't matter because you sound great anyways. :]

  • wow this is really amazing!! great job!! i play the flute but i want to try the picolo too! :S is the piccolo fingering the same as the flute?

  • flute and piccolo fingerings are the same essentially. I am not a flautist so i don't know exactly what the difference is, but I have a friend who plays flute and piccolo and she says they are the same.

  • hmm really? interesting! =] what instrument do you play?

  • all flute fingerings will work on piccolo, but about 1/4 of the fingerings will either b out of tune or hard to get(alternate fingerings make the note easier to pronounce)

piccolo's an amazing instrument, but only with a lot of hard work will we be as good as her =D

  • this Concerto is fantastic.

is great to see this played with a piano and a piccolo.
