  • sir, would you please help me? I`m in a bit of a strange situation here, I`ve bought my Juno Di a few days ago, but I just can`t find the USB cable to connect it into my mac, I just wanted to know if you could give me a hand, I almost disassembled it`s entire package but I can`t find the USB cable and I don`t even know if it`s included on it, in a negative case, would you please tell me what kind of cable I should buy to make the connection (can`t find it even googlein` it), please, help.

  • @kacheron The Di doesn't ship with a USB cable. You have to purchase this separately. It uses a standard USB cable.

  • I played some of these yesterday when I got mine and was a little puzzled also..I think this is a mish mash of leftovers the engineers wanted to throw in and didn't know where to place them(I do like alot of them!)

  • Yeah..., they probably were leftovers :-)

  • In this case "World" probably means music from all around the world instead of more "ethnic" kind of stuff. Is there a separate "Ethnic" category on the Juno Di?

  • Nope..., it's all thrown into the World Category.

  • hi squeak, i see where you are coming from, perhaps the lounge kit was inspired by new orleans jazz, which could with a push, fall into the world section. why the electro gooves are there is beyond me too,, perhaps its called europop,,still sounds good though

  • Cool

  • Thanks :) The first day I got my Di.., I was a little confused by a few patches in some catergories. In the World Category you expect to hear more ethnic patches. On the Di there are patches in this category that clearly fall under synth, pad, and orchestra. I still have no clue how the hell a "lounge kit" made it into the World section.. :)

  • roland sound designers hitting the bong is how

  • They were doing something :) I can't understand how someone on the team missed a "lounge kit" being placed in the World Category. It's an EP/Bass split too. The bass has the ride cymbal as well. Every synth I've owned that had this type of patch.., it was under the Piano/EP category.
