  • the population will balance itself right ??? it will depend on factors such as food.. how many days "world reserve" of food do we have (doubt that stat is even available) but i bet it's around the 100-180 days... that's not good - that's not even a season...

  • malthusian catastrophe, postponed by fossil fuels, but due to hit soon

  • A good point made by Daniel Quinn.

    Thanks for the upload.

  • Thank you for this upload. It reminded me to read the book again

My love and gratitude to you

  • Cool video

What can u say about the relationship

    Between population growth and food

    Security.

    Thank you.

  • sorry i meant 12-15 grams, so you'd realise you've walked past alot more thorium than would take to power all your needs your lifetime mainly 200 grams. Access to such abundant energy would constitute a greater revolution than the industrial revolution. It would also increase population. In order to be properly controlled they will reduce world population & ONLY after will they release the kind of technology that would've enabled all the billions to have survived.

  • Our culture has laws that give the right to exist to every human. Pathetic laws that can be changed by a vote or a carismatic leader like Hitler...

You can not stop the growing population by condoms and birth control.

FOOD is the first factor in the growing of a population, as long as people have food they will grow.

  • Since my childhood I've always had similar feelings about the world and our global culture, and now since reading two of Quinn's books, I feel confirmed that my suspicions are correct.

  • Population reduction propaganda. Catastrophy approaching? YES! The elite created monopolies, to control the energy supply of this planet for example enriching themselves hoarding patents! I have a problem with billions of ppl dying off. I propose we kill some of the rich &confiscate their patents. Allow this magnificent planet to sustain 20 billion if need be. I'm not saying lets go communist spread the food evenly to all, though that works. I'm saying disclosure of technology for all to survive

  • Hi ZionistWorldOrder!

If you have time,I would suggest you watch the whole video

It might seem at first about just "Population reduction propaganda", but it is not.... it is more about living in harmony with nature taking what she gives us and without exploiting it

According to the talk the problem in the third world has been caused by an artificial input of food disturbing the natural equilibrium ("thanks" to the over production of the "developed" countries)

  • I agree with you that everybody should have access to useful ways of growing food: natural farming/permaculture, but without destroying nature.

    Take care!

  • Daniel Quinn nicely explains how to do that in his books.

  • Thanks i posted that comment wee bit early ;) they got me all worked up you see.

  • ZWO

if tesla energy was made available today our whople lives would change overnight. Carbon elimination would get to minimum.

if govt were really interested in making a better world there r plenty of things to do such as NOT creating MG foods or STOP big business polluting our world then making the rest of us pay thru 'carbon tax'.

Make it compulsory to make eco friendly homes/cars/ everything,. there r many thigns we could do instead they want to charge us carbon tax.

  • Why do we not just abandon civilization and live by the laws of life community.

Have you ever seen a lion doing crimes?

Or a bush man starving in the middle of the desert?

Going back to the way we were before the invention of totalitarian agriculture would solve all problems our culture has.

  • feo

I couldnt agree more. I think that is the ONLY solution. Close to the land and to our immediate tribes and villages. PERFECTION!

  • hey there, ZionistWorldOrder

do you have any idea how many people will die if we make the planet uninhabitable?

    um...all of em.

do you know what "sustainable" means, by any chance?

seriously... there is a LOT of necessary information that a lot of people never see.

  • @donHooligan

Bottom line is ELITE want population reduction through false energy scarcity. What we can sustain will change over time & with technology available. 20 billion is a realistic figure. IF forexample thorium/flouride reactors from the 60's were allowed to be known by people as yourself, or older yet better technologies that would revolutionize our whole existance let alone solve population problems related to (lack of)resources & pollution(from monopolized outdated energy sources)

  • what would happen to you if all the grocery stores in your state closed tomorrow?

what if tomorrow you got a message posted on your door that says: "for 3 square meals a day, you must register at your local FEMA internment camp"?

most people are completely dependent on an unsustainable system. that is more dangerous than words can say.

  • @donHooligan

so true, self dependence is the way to go for those that are able. In a utopian world every family would have abundant resources. Perhaps even self built powerplants. I know it sounds quirky but it's the advanced version of a domestic self assembled wind wave solar power generator. Anybody googled thorium/flouride reactors yet? You'd need 200gram thorium for a lifetime of power and on average every cubic meter of rock on this planet or the next has 12-15% thorium. But noooo....

  • Earth is a finite planet.

    science-fiction is irrelevant.

  • @donHooligan

i gather you still haven't googled it.. these reactors worked everyday from 1964 to 1969, already during WWII the plotonium uranium branch received unlimited funding by US gov and the thorium/flouride branch didn't, because the thorium CANNOT be made a bomb of! A non radioactive, selfregulating, nuclear reactor the size of a dishwasher... It is just not science fiction, it is simply the organized suppression of technology along with history, economy even spirituality.

  • that sounds great.

    no toxic waste?

  • @donHooligan

found it here on YT :D check out:

"Energy From Thorium: A Nuclear Waste Burning Liquid Salt Thorium Reactor"

  • @ZionistWorldOrder

BS if it was that easy the elite wouldn't try so hard to oppress us

  • Please consider the 1,5 hour video lecture on Thorium Reactor almost free fuel, thorium and built already in 64 worked everyday until 69 by the simple flick of a button. Access to such abundant energy would constitute a greater revolution than the industrial revolution

  • @ZionistWorldOrder

i'll check out the link, someone else has been telling me about thorium microgenerators.

it can't be easy.. i tend to think whatever power level was available, the elite would just mutliply their own numbers in proportion.

    1 elite harvesting 1000 humans

    or

    10 elites harvesting 10,000 humans

    same difference :)

  • @ZionistWorldOrder

    ok so i read this,

seems like nuclear would just give the whole world american gadgetry,

ramping up human numbers to the point where we need nuclear power to *eat* just seems silly to me.

but using it to fuel supercomputers getting more people on the web with higher bandwidth, telepresence robots etc is fine.

population reduction is still preferable to be safe

  • Agreed.

  • A new revolution of this kind would mean certain doom to all life on our planet...

  • We do not need any of those to live properly as other animals do, in the community of life.

A cockroach or an ape does not need a solar power generator or a powerplant to live...

  • @Feomathar007

as the system evolves, we devolve.

    see ants.

  • We do not "devolve".

We are simply trying out a new way of life, that is obviously not working out.

We will fail at the attempt and probably take a few thousand species with us Unless we change our way of life.

  • @Feomathar007

poor choice of words i know, i mean 'adapt' not 'devolve'

I see an independant human as a concentration of 'advancement'/'complexity' than a human-component of an industrial super-organism.

i know we're all component cells of gaia in the end, M.E.P

  • People of a changed mind would not worry about that, they would live their destiny to the gods.

Only people of our culture can not stand to be left without rule, control or power.

  • Have you not been listening to what Daniel Quinn had to say???

You want to grow more food to give to the starving.

But the hungry do not get feed, they are a growing population just like everyone else.

We are growing food to grow more people.

We grow more food, population increases, we grow more food to catch up with the growing population and the population grows again.

Its a race between food and people.

  • Excellent!

  • God has told us to fill the earth and subdue it

  • maybe 1st we can define "subdue" . The current 'understanding' is not going so well . eh?

  • indeed. We've not mastered the world, nor can we. Ever since Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden of Eden humans have been trying to find a balance, to little avail.

  • We have not been trying to find balance, we opposed all the laws that keep the society of life in balance.

We think that the world was made for us and we were made to rule and conquer it and all the bad we do to the world is okay because the gods made us like we are, its not our fault.

We thought that we will have the knowledge of gods when we ate from the forbidden tree, that is why we think that we know who should die and who should live.

  • We must do our very best to treat others as we want to be treated, and that means taking good care of the earth. However, everyone has the right to have as many children as they want.

They should raise their children correctly, and that means teaching them right from wrong. This means being kind to the ecosystem as well.

Creating a social structure that discourages procreation is not the right way to go about solving our problems. People need to have faith that God is in control.

  • Your free will allows you to treat other as you want, the earth does not need caring.

What is wrong or what is right does not matter.

Important is what does work and what does not.

Again, the system does not need us to be kind.

How do you propose to solve the problem of overpopulation? Faith will not take us anywhere...

  • Right and wrong do matter, and if you feel that there are too many people in the world, then do not re-produce.

  • Yeah, and you'll also find that he told us to take good care of it.

  • The world does not need caring, the community of life will take care of us if we subdue to its laws...

  • I wasn't responding to you, Feomathar, though I do believe in what you're saying. I was referring to those who believe the world was made for us to subdue it.

  • That is right, it does not matter if we destroy the world along the way..

It is not our fault the gods made us with a flaw...

That is the thinking of our culture...

  • Peace and Love!
