Jagex is very much into the hole. drops that make bank but also build up drops for profit atm. like glacors and the entire polypore dungeon. the shards of armadyl and spores, this style of monster farming is cool as its a guaranteed profit if u dont spend to much doin them.

id like to see more of this in future updates. ie addy dragons

Have a really good question for you guys.. Hope you see it. With mention of the Jad v2, and how you have to use a fire cape to even fight it... What do you think the new reward is going to be? And if it's a cape, do you think it could exceed the Completionist cape, as an even slightly upgraded fire cape currently would be rivaling the Completionist cape very well. (Could it also be possible that the Completionist cape would have it's stats raised?)

Dragon Crossbow => 'new best' (slightly under chaotic, less accurate, MAYBE range strength in the bow which would be a first...) It would be the 20-30m 'very rare' drop that people would get for pure vanity.

@kingpaintcan i really hope addy drags become a task, they recently changed the mith drags tasks from like 3 to 15 to 20-35 so this is prob a sign it will be a task. The queen black drag will prob count as a black drag task and the kalphite king will prob count as a kalphite task :P

But when rune and addy dragons come i think u can get them as slayer tasks. Kalphite king and qbd are not fused into slayer cuz they are ment to be bosses but i think qbd can be killed as a black dragon task and kalphite king as kalphite task.

Step 1: Adamant dragons drop an engraved adamant scale (untradable) as an extremely rare drop. Step 2: Take the engraving to an epic hidden door somewhere in the deeeeep wilderness. Step 3: Fight the queen black dragon in the room that unlocks. Step 4: get a dragon crossbow as an uncommon drop from the qbd but you can only fight it once per engraved adamant scale

I think the short sword would only be worth while if they maybe introduced it as a double weapon (similar to claws and torags hammers) but made it so it does hit for each individual sword for a double hit each attack. Because I just cant see a better special attack than dragon claws.

I personoly think the only Dragon items that will be put in the game are: The crossbow because I feel like there are a lack of ranged weapons, the dragon hasta because it wouldnt be right without one, a dragon staff because I feel like there is a lack of magic staffs, and I think that there will be a rapier for every metal including dragon.

Assuming D Warhammer is cheap it could be a good way for lower levels to kill waterfiends with a defender, as at the moment I think there's no point even trying unless you have a zammy spear, godsword or Chaotic maul. My guess that someone without much of a bank doesn't wanna spend time/money on something for 1 type of slayer creature / charm farm method.

The crossbow could be extremely unique. Like maybe it has ranged str bonus (which crossbows don't have atm) but it is less accurate kind of like the polypore staff, high damage potential but lower accuracy.

Well max combats aren't going to use them, but I'm mid 70's combat stats, and I usually wear Dragon Armour when i'm just doing general 'scaping and training. I don't have to worry about the repair costs of my barrows set (Which I use for quest bosses or more difficult monsters in general). I think, as long as the D Kite isn't rediculously rare, it'll get some good use among players who's combat levels are like, 70-85ish
