The song is called "Letting The Cables Sleep" by Bush. It's really beautiful and I have to say I loved that last scene. Holly is amazing with the emotional moments.

he didn't really turn evil

he thought what he was doing was really good b/c he was killing criminals and saving like non-criminal people and the powers allowed him to do that

@rara1800 Because he wasn't meant to have them. They were prepared to have their powers . I think Leo says something about that at the beginning of the episode . Powers corrupt when someone isn't prepared or isn't meant to have them....
