Well, the doctor's lines and the music don't match up quite. Look at 'Why is the Rum Gone' to see what I mean about it working out. Obviously, they have a more advanced video program than windows movie maker.

It wasn't meant to be a DW version of 'Why is the Rum Gone', which prioritise and incorporate the music a lot more. This video is nowhere near as technical, and was really meant to be more of a few silly quotes and general merriment set to fun music. :)
