I'm from NZ and not a lot has changed in the eyes of presenters like this. KISS got a terrible review when they came here for Rock 2 Wellington in 2008 and yet they were awesome! it makes us look like unappreciative douches! (and we aren't !! )

Sounds like Eric to me. Regarding the cape - you see someone with dark hair duck behind Gene and then Eric comes up from behind him. If you pause it at 4.22 it's clearly Eric.

If you listen carefully I think it's Eric that says the 'I'm sorry' line - moments before he throws the cape over Gene's head.
