all the time. I couldnt really think of anything to say. Its just a supernatural delay

  • pretty sure this is the best song in the world right now. screw mgmt and slipknot and lil' rappers of all kinds . this is where its at

  • @whitestripesaholic

that's funny because MGMT does vocals for the song :)

  • @whitestripesaholic wtf do u mean screw mgmt? do u like the song or not?

  • Song says something about worms with diamond eyes in the mountains. Is that what the lightning is all about

  • the song is awesome, but the recording is garbage

  • its probally what they wanted it to sound like.

  • this track fucken owns

  • garble music much?

  • think he recorded it with computer mic...

  • This audio is part of a online pre-release of the Flaming Lips new CD - Embryonic. The audio was taken from a web cast so the quality is not optimal. However i will add that The Lips enjoy the use of some wicked distortion effects in a number of their songs. I love it.

  • haha man, girls are as horny as guys. I know I am

  • Cool! That's the longest 12 1/2 seconds of video, I have ever seen. Sweet music!

    5*

  • MGMT guest on this track, don't they?

  • I believe that they may have, althought i know nothing officially. Melaniebattolla mentioned same thing earlier too, so i think theres a good possibility that they did.

  • Yeah they do backing vocals, you can tell if you really pay attention to it.

  • yes mgmt play and sing

  • It would have been really cool if The Flaming Lips would have sung Tesla music!

  • the first 35 seconds of that sond is sooo good. machine music hent of 1969

  • cool

  • Search: 4eggs1cup

  • i wonder what makes it purple

  • ... its white though.

  • Good to hear that you heard of the Lips through the Colbert bump, they played a hell of a performance! I've been obsessed with them for 2 or 3 years now and have seen them 4 times. Be sure to see them live whenever you get the chance and your mind will literally be blown. Oh and sweet video too, those things have always fascinated me.

  • thanks sterling5587. Yes i've been listening to UFOs at the Zoo and it definately sounds like a really good time to me. The crowd is pumped!

  • Very nice Darcy,I must say you rock to..

  • I rock the party! ROCK THE PAR-TAY! :P

    Hows it going Blair!

Don't forget to give me a good rating if you liked the video. Keeps it up in the ranks. ;)

  • Just kidding on the Rocking of parties. I will say that i really used to rock parties all the time. having a hard time thinking of when the last time was when I was at a good "Rocking Party". :P

    Getting older has its disadvantages.

  • Thanks for the video... I really like the Flaming Lips and MGMT... oh, and the Tesla coil :)

  • I appreciate the comment Melaniebattolla. I hadn't listened to MGMT before you suggested. Another gem of a band i think. Thanks.

  • Ahh. Didn't realize they may have colaborated with MGMT on this song at one point, or perhaps in this release. Warner's media manager never mentioned MGMT's credit to be included in details so i'm not sure if they are in this release or not. Anyone able to clarify on this detail?

  • I guess they are like on the backing vocals or something ;) Tnx again for this amazing song!

  • awesome

  • Thanks nineblackkasabian,

Glad you enjoyed it. The Flaming Lips deserve most the credit for the groovy tune. The whole CD Embryonic is an excellent listen.

  • yeah I have been listening constantly since colbert... The tesla coil is almost as awesome though!

  • Thats wild, because so have I. Thats where i discovered them for the first time too. I guess the "Colbert bump" really works ?

  • fab vid

  • Thanks alot harpbloke. I had alot of fun making it too. :)
