This was good ole TexMex, not the shit yall get nowadays. Musicians such Freddie Martinez, Little Joe, Rey Camacho, Eddie Dimas (even though he's from Albuquerque, NM), are from a time when music was meaningful and made you want to get up and dance. These days "TexMex" doesn't have that same sound to it. At least we still have this good memory.

A beautiful song. My family always loved this song, ON August 10, 2006 I lost my son who was 41. That night, I think all the stars cried, but the one bright star told me that he did not die, he was with me. Una Estrellita Lloro, is one of my favorites. O yes you can find Freddy Martinez music at Walmart. Or go to a record shop and order it.

He is dynamic, and thanks for posting his song. I miss my son so much, but I keep hearing the favorite song we all shared as family. Thanks MarOcampo.
