It was a new project, absolute respect for that but on the other hand it had all the best traits of Pantera in an absolutely perfect commercial package and with a rock solid reliable lead. This shit appeals to a much larger audience. They covered all the bases and did it on purpose. Fucking Dime man... What a goddamn shame.

yess pantera was way better then damageplan, and yes phil was a way better frontman, BUT damageplan still kicked ass and dime was throwin out riffs and licks that were unfuckinbelievable, everything dimebag was involved in i love because its amazing. he was truley the best.
