Its all for control not defense as claimed.Men playing God-those James bond movies were right!

@teutonictech the "things" they can "bounce off" are heated areas of plasma within the ionosphere that are heated by what? HAARP. If they can heat areas of the ionosphere, it is very possible that they can heat lower areas as well.
