@jhchouston Wrens will do it, too. I once witnessed a Carolina wren moving small stones out of her way in order to take a dust bath in the parking lot at WBS! It was adorable! I've also seen starlings take ant baths. That was pretty unusual.

@Davincciable They can live in places where it gets cold, but not in predominately cold places like the tundra. The prefer broadleaf woodlands over Europe and Asia, though, like the Barred Owl in the US, they are very adaptable and can be found in developed areas.
