@TheIntermind: Summerteeth came out in 1999. This was shot sometime during that tour.

The lineup then was Tweedy, John Stiratt (bass), Jay Bennett (guitar/keyboards), Leroy Bach (keyboards/guitar), and Ken Coomer (drums).
