  • there is no magic abs otherwise the world would get the secret quickly fastass weight loss there is no true secret

  • Hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got great Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • I think Jack3d will be banned very soon cos 1,3-D. I used it and saw great energy levels. Best one for pre-workout, I would say BSN NO-xplode.

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • how many days does jackd3d last 30 60 days?

  • Man, thanks. That was some good info.

  • How am i supposed to know how much calories i'm burning while i'm training ???

  • Why not upload a post workout video aswell? Thanx a lot this really helped!

  • Hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost lots of weight with it.

  • What about chocolate before workout?

  • Personally I'd skip the PWO supplement, coffee is enough for a good pump :)

  • awesome video!

  • can i take bcaa before workout?

  • I like that you weren't saying "go ahead" after every sentence :)

Good tips but as far as pre-workout supplements I'd say stick with plain old caffeine pills 30 mins before the workout.

  • DO NOT go to GNC! Rip off.

  • Quick helpful tip for everyone: if you plan on buying a preworkout supplement, DO NOT BUY FROM GNC. It is much cheaper if you buy on the internet. Same product, less money. I personally buy from Amazon.com and choose the 5-day free shipping preference. You don't need to spend all of that extra money on an already expensive supplement.

  • SUPERPUMP 250 about 50 bucks works well

  • Thank you so much for sharing bro! Great help.

    Much Love.

  • so should i eat begels before workout

  • Are preworkout supplements safe for younger teens? (i'm 16 years old) I read tonnes of articles, some say they're safe, others say they're not...

  • HAH SUPERPUMP250 IS THE BEST

  • yeah peoples body's are different from each other so its up to you to know your own body an know what an what not works for you. but congragulations an stick with it

  • jacked don't do shit for me.... superpump and shotgun are way better. When I take jacked its like taking water. Overrated product.

  • Comment removed

  • Does the Black Box warning make you pause on Jacked...? I mean, that's some scary stuff.

  • I DISAGREE!

you said no whole grain carbohydrates ! before a workout you need a slower carb

why slow digesting is better, because it would last longer during your workout.

fast carbs preworkout is bad because it will be quickly digested so the fuel would run out during your workout.

  • coffee, a banana, and V8 fruit juice works great

  • for a jolt of energy have a cup of black coffee. Cheap, effective stimulant without all the fancy packaging, and absurd claims of the supplement companies.

  • how about slow digesting carbs an hour before workout, like a bowl of oatmeal? energy should be readily available come the work out right?

  • lol creatine.

  • about the preworkout supplementes, it makes you less fatigued during or after your workout right?

and it makes you lift lightly heavier?

and how long does it take to kick in?

  • @aznpatrik00

I have the nano vapor brand and this is the real deal. Like many people, I do my training after work and some days, I just feel more exhausted and need a jolt of energy to make me more explosive for my workout. Also, my recovery between sets is better and I can lift more. And I usually take my mix about 15 minutes before my workout to give it some time to kick in my system.

  • @vinceslapchopper

thanks man, i'll look into it and i might buy it.

  • well, have you tried jack3d?

  • I thought you were Kory! Who's Michael?

  • this helped me a lot. i wasnt eating enough of the right kinds of carbs before a workout and probably too much fat.

  • srry to disagree but to recommend taking creatine for a pre workout is bad.... not only taking it before a workout is bad btu taking it at all is bad as it can be very harmful to your liver.

lets be honest a lot of times ppl are "too tired" to go to the gym from work

but my dad has been going to the gym for a long time and he is always tired from work.

but after hes warmed up in the gym or just started lifting for 5 minutes i guarantee all ur "tiredness" would be gone no need for supllements

  • @andrewyouna lol creatine is bad for your liver, yet you produce creatine naturally in your body, there hasn't been scientific evidence that creatine have adverse effects.

  • @Evo2nr90 our body also produces CO2 and plenty of acids, ur point is rlly irrelevant

  • Nice video I will like to know how to make a sandwich that i can take to school quickly and the breath isint that bad

diculpa si es malo el ingles xd lo que trataba de decir era :

Que si sabes como preparar un sándwich nutritivo que pueda llevar al colegio y que no deje mal aliento. :)

gracias y me gusto el video ta piola

PD: responde en ingles no mas no importa si yo te voy a entender :)

    gracias de antemano

  • cheers man.

  • good video, nice tips

  • How about what we eat after a workout?

Thanks for this video alot, i learned something today.

  • how much cardio do u do i see your in great shape how much is to much thanks

  • how do i loose side fat? like love handles?? cause im pretty skinny otherwise and it just looks weird.

  • Good tips man. Thanks!

  • Hi michael!

Before i workout, i usually ate a Integral bread , green tea, and one banana.

    What you think ?

  • I was watching your 6 Easy Dieting Tips To Get Six Pack Abs video yesterday thinking when is the next video coming and what do ya know here it is.

    Thumbs up as always.

One more thing I'm looking for a good multi-vitamin any suggestions?

  • i just drink coffee with tiny bit of milk before my w/o. no supplements needed

  • I like your vids man keep it up ...but my opinion is that the only supplement anyone should use is plain whey protein!

  • hey :) I have a question, During lifting weights i start to yawn, even though im not tierd or anything, whats up?

  • def helps!! Im always worried about what i eat before a workout lol i have a rly sensative stomach and if i get it wrong its definitely not fun =[

  • I like making a fruit smoothie about an hour before my workout. I mix 1-2 frozen bananas with a cup of milk, half a cup of yogurt (banana coconut kind is my fav), and a drop of honey. If I don't want the fat from the milk I'll use orange juice, but I like something with protein.

  • occassionaly I'll down a 5 hour energy if I'm feeling really tired before a workout.

  • hey dude i work out a lot but i got ill on Saturday what u do think i should do to recover and keep my muscles from getting sluggesh?

  • you gotta be really careful with supplements because your body produces creatine, amino acids obviously and most of the stuff that's in supplements naturally and our bodies strive for efficiency. so if you take creatine or whatever suplement, your body will stop making it because ur taking it and it thinks "why spend the extra energy". then once you stop taking the creatine, your body isn't making it naturally anymore so it's very harmful to your body

  • umm like should i eat my energy bar everyday i do to the gym? or just when i do heavy lifting?

  • @icandestroyu Yeah, everyday before you workout should be a good preworkout snack. Try switching it up a bit though and maybe eat the energy bar on heavy lifting days and then maybe something else on a cardio day. I'm not sure of what your workout is so this is just a really rough estimate. Message me on here and explain in more detail if you want to.

  • @leanbodylifestyle i already did and u wont answer me i send u a message like 1 week ago ;o

  • i noticed caffeine in the blends that give you an energy boost before workout does this mean that coffee is also good before workout? and thanks for the video i was really confused as when and what to eat before workout!

  • @fakkak12345 If you're feeling really tired before a workout, coffee could help you out like it does for most people in the morning, but I don't think it would be as productive as taking a preworkout supplement, but then again some of those supplements gives people an upset stomach so this could be a good alternative. Go to GNC and ask for a couple of samples and they normally have them behind the counter and then you can get a good idea of what they do for you and how you react to them.

  • @fakkak12345 Coffee is a great natural caffeine product, it also increases your vascularity by being a diaretic (drawing water out of your body, aka, you'll look more ripped) at the SAME time, caffeine has been shown to help you burn fat during your workouts. now this is BLACK coffee. no sugar. no cream, do work =)
