they are made with shapes and shades in the paint editor, they take days maybe weeks to make.

how do u actually put designs on i meen like . how did the person who 1st put the cod4 design on the car do u know how to import a design in other words without it being on another car

you need to make them using the shapes and effects in the paint car feature.

It takes alot of time and patience.  You just have to mess with te basic shapes and you ca make whatever you want if you have the drive to do it. And the artistic ability of course.
