I am so thankful Mark came back to the Lord..The Lord never left him..I used to look at Marks eyes when I had his poster on my bedroom wall and would think his eyes were to pure to be into rock and roll..so even then the Lord still had his soul..I really didn't see his sexyness on stage until now..2011 and I loved him then in 1970's..so glad I did'nt see him as a sex symbol. all I knew is I liked his eyes and his spirit..
Probably, Mark seems like he is not as active in spreading the Gospel because he is devoting most of his time and efforts to helping his son, Jesse, who was in a tragic accident and has quadriplegia. Mark was interviewed recently by Governor Mike Huckabee and, apparently, is also busy fundraising for a charity devoted to those who are dealing with brain/spinal cord injuries like his son Jesse. His faith is still alive, and in a way that draws rockers like Roger Daltry to help a worth cause.
What happened to Mark? As far as I know he does not do Christian music anymore. He used to have a vibrant testimony. Now it seems he is back in the world with no testimony of Jesus anymore.
HE WAS ALWAYS THERE WITH MARK AS IS WITH ALL OF US. HE SAID NINE YEARS OLD. So that means Jesus was there during all his GFR time and now too. To be a rock music player do not mean you cannot be a Christian.
Mark should consider re-creating a new playlist of his old hit songs and convert them to give them a full flavour of Christianity, that would be so awesome. Titles like "Are you ready ?" ;, All you got is "Money" > Jesus; Inside looking out,; Into the sun,; Loneliness....
