@fnyjkr you are the one who needs to do your research. alchemy has very little do to with actual chemistry. "turning lead into gold" is a metaphor for trasnforming the human being, or the human mind into "gold". the next step in our evolution of consciousness. this is what the philosophers and scientists were referring to back in the day, not chemically transforming lead into gold...that is a misconception or a lie to hide the true nature of alchemy.
