People from India, China and others are not growing at the expense of others. They are helping to grow the Ugandan economy by helping them provide goods at lower prices. This gives Ugandan people a better life. The bottom line for people in Uganda is to respect property rights which is at the foundation of individual rights. Then capital will grow and this will start alleviating many other problems. Foreigners will take the lead.
