I think it was ippon, because Reser's foot is inside the area. I thought it was hard for the referee to see it, that's why he hesitated for some seconds and checked for the side referees call before announcing the winner.

Acho que foi ippon sim. O pé do Reser estava dentro da área. Se o árbirtro central não viu, os laterais viram e não tiraram o ippon corretamente. Houve erros na arbitragem durante o pan, mas nesse caso com certeza não houve.

at the pan am games in all the athletes in different sports; i heard had some poor refreeing. Even my sport had some pretty bad officials, it was kind of unprofessional, but none the less fun.

Ryan Resser one foot inside safety area one foot out. Throw not really judo but greco-roman modified. International judo is changing. At the olympic level there should have been a protest for bad refereeing.

É lamentável essa arbitragem. O Cubano Willian Rosquet nem se deu ao trabalho de consultar seu lateral, que indicava corretamente a saída da áera de luta. Ryan Resser fez um lindo golpe, mas fora da área, não poderia valer nem um koka. Fomo roubados mais uma vez, por um Cubano.
