  • I CAME ALL OVER MY FRIEND'S KEYBOARD

  • 1:26 !!

  • I imagine this music being played while a man screams in agony as he tries to shout for help while being chewed up and ripped apart by a T-Rex.

  • An evergreen masterpiece of film music!

  • the best track ever!

  • I saw this in the cinema for the first time today. Actually felt myself getting all emotional when the brachiosaurus appeared....

  • @BlizzardTH Happened to me the first time time I seen this film and every other time, even to this day.

  • 1:20 !!!!

  • i remember, i was younger of course, when this came out, i thought, it's dinosaurs! my baby sister will LOVE it(she LOVED dinosaurs at the time, what kid didn't)! i was 20 at the time, she was 10. My mom watched it, debated what she knew of my sister, and decided that, after explaining what it was about, my sister was at an age and maturity to decide for herself. I was allowed to take my baby sister to see the movie. Now, she did enjoy it, BUT said it was scary, and loud, but still liked it.

  • best movie ever!<3

  • My parents took me to see Jurassic Park at the cinema when I was ten.

On the drive home, I was apparently very silent and scared-looking. My parents worried that the scary parts of the film had traumatized me or something.

But no. I wasn't traumatized. I was deliriously happy.

And at the same time, perhaps there was also a certain sadness. Perhaps, despite being so young, I was somehow AWARE that there would never be a better summer adventure blockbuster, ever.

The very best had come, and gone.

  • I love how they say kids liked dinosaurs and that's why Jurassic Park would be a kid's attraction. This is COMPLETELY wrong. Kids like dinosaurs BECAUSE of Jurassic Park.

  • @limeburst1 actually, much much much before this movie ever came out, kids were always into dinosaurs, it was the great mystery, the great history that no adult could explain to them.

  • @RayneStormRN Oh yeah. And that's why the did so well.

  • Watched the movie when I was like 4... It was epic XD

  • " I bring scientist and you bring a rockstar" XD

  • I just LOVE that part 1:20. Music and scene ;)

  • "Welcome to jurassic park" 6:50

  • 1:19 :D there it is!

  • @1:20, epic epic theme

  • I feel alive

    Alive - ALIVE

    LIVING IN Jurassic Park XD

  • There are. No words.

  • ''Que 6:45''...There moving in heards...They do move in heards.

    Such a great movie.

  • Now are there by any chance gonna be dinosaurs? On your, on your dina, dina-saur tour? He-hello? He-hello? *tap tap* *fog up lens*

  • @SuperSpacecoyote I really hate that man...

  • two people got eaten by dinosaurs

  • 2 people never seen jurassic park and how awsome it is.

  • Comment removed

  • this is our intro music on our graduation . :))

  • This is one of my favorite soundtracks!

Two people got eaten by a T-Rex...

...After having been run-over by a custom Ford Explorer.

  • How did this score not even get NOMINATED for a bloody Oscar? Oh right, this wasn't an art-house "serious" movie, that's why

  • @krystlerita John Williams won an Oscar that same year as Jurassic Park for Schindler's List.

  • John Williams' talent is super-human

  • 1:16 "i bring scientists, you bring a rock star!....there it is!"

  • 5:04 a soundtrack has never before made a sauropod so magical (and hasn't since)

6:37 "Dr. Grant, my dear Dr. Sattler; Welcome... To Jurassic Park"

  • such beautiful orchestra music

  • For some reason 1:24 is hilarious...

  • Steven Speilberg+ John Williams= Masterpiece

  • @MASSEFFECTfan101 yeah ! :P

  • "You did it." You crazy son of a bitch you did it"

    lol

  • I just realized the full main theme contains parts from every score from the soundtrack. or at least, most of them.

  • "We'll have landed by the time you get it right!"

  • this song isnt shit without ian malcolms laugh lol

  • Great movie!

  • John Williams is the Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky of the modern era.

  • amazing at 1:20 You just cant get enough

  • Great track..building up as the aproach the island and the dramatic cue when the helicopter descends in front of the backdrop of the waterfall cascade....true John Williams captivating the scene.

  • this is my favorite piece of movie soundtrack ever ever

  • 1:20-3:16 my favorite score for the whole film.

  • this is one of the best music pieces ever written

  • It's like an orgasm in my ears.

  • Is it just me or is it that movies just dont seem the same? Theres alot of good movies out there now still yet... They just dont feels the same just feels different. I wonder if thats because the world feels different as a child.

  • @AlightBULLDOG no it's mostly because new movies blow ass.

  • @AlightBULLDOG hey i think that alot... however I lean more towards the fact the world has changed alot since the 90's... the movies mostly made today are very weird

  • How could someone dislike this video? Come to think of it. I don't think I've ever disliked a video.

  • @hippiecondoms Watch rebecca blacks video

  • welcome... to executive bathroom island....

  • Bad. Ass.

  • Un gran tema de esta pelicula recuerdo estar en el estreno de la misma..

  • just.. wauw.. goosebumps all over the place

    go john!!

  • I always get shivers when I hear this song when the island comes into view.

  • @kotaro07 yeah me 2 :d Love that Piece of the movie ^^

  • " So um.. you two.. dig up, dig up dinosaurs?"

    "haha well..........."

    "we try to. "

"heheheha ArLLL hehaha ha ha HA HAAAA HA HAAAAAAAh!!"

  • @FREAKNIZZLE100 You'll have to get used to Dr.Malcolm

  • @FREAKNIZZLE100 Lol, I remember that! Jeff Goldblum is a bloody legend!

  • @FREAKNIZZLE100 hahahahaha!!!!!!!

  • @FREAKNIZZLE100 I bring a scientist, you bring a rockstar

  • Greatest soundtrack EVER!!!!!!

  • Welcome...to Jurassic Park

  • anyone who hasnt heard this song, hasnt lived

  • 7:30 - 8:53 This moment is cool :)

  • 1 people got eaten by a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

  • I have always been a fan of John Williams and have family that have met him. He has done music for hundreds of media projects but his most well known contributions are featured in the motion pictures: Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Indiana Jones in which he served as the primary composer...

  • Humans don't make music like this. John Williams is either an alien or a god.

  • @ketchner Or maybe he is an ALIEN GOD!

  • This is my favorite score from the entire film, reminds me of the times I went to Universal Studios and went on the ride. :)

  • They're moving in herds, they DO move in herds.

  • Fucking genius.

  • I hope I will ever conduct great music such as this one!

  • I don't know why there's a dislike button. If you don't like it, then don't watch it, that's all. How many thousands of videos are there on YouTube. There is surely something for everybody.

So great score, and song by the way!! John Williams is my guru! I am not a catholic nor a protestant, I'm a Williamist!

  • We've clocked the T-Rex at over 35...

    Wait... You have a T-Rex???

    We have a T-Rex!

  • John Williams is a true Genius!

  • 1 person missed the like button.

  • @AceProductions91 1 is to much

  • Come on, own up, who slipped and pressed the the dislike button?

  • 1:25; one of the greatest scores of ALL TIME.

  • 6:20 to 7:30 the chorus...gives me a knot on my throat, my nose tingles and tears just start droping...

  • :'D

  • @lisachineserooster John Williams isnt fucking dead you retard, if you're such a big fan you should know that

  • @choffee12 hey,, first of all i am a big fan retard, the problem is i have a busy life!! and i just hear stuff around there, now if i made the mistake its not my fault,(my only fault is that i heard that person) ! and I dont care what you say. Its not going to effect me in any way!! hahahaha... you think your so perfect!!!

  • 1:23 is epic :D

  • unbelievable writing. Great trumpets!

  • love it <3

  • If this is not the most brilliant piece of filmmusic ever produced, I don't know what is........I guess Jurassic Park, among with Hook and Schindler's List are Williams' best scores.

  • @dirkluchtman Star Wars?

  • love the journey to the island in the movie i loooooove it fucking memorieys man literally

  • This reminds me of christmas morning when i was little. You run down the stairs and see all the gifts under the christmas tree. (At least the music do)

    *two thumbs up*

  • John Williams is my reason also i am a Movie Scorer. This man is a legend

  • I don't really like Spielberg that much, but Jaws and JP are on my top 20 list.

  • They really don't make films like this anymore. Nowadays movies are 99% special effects, with little put toward acting, or plot.

  • Thats kind of ironic, because the critics in 1993 accused this movie for exactly that (like Siskel & Ebert).

  • @Timberwolf7585 Jurassic Park is an effects movie done correctly. The effects are important without being a crutch. Unfortunately with the success of Avatar, (All time number one film? Really?!) effects films are likely to get prettier and prettier as they grow shallower and shallower.

  • @Deadboltt Avatar will NEVER be good as Jurassic Park.

  • @fan2halo Right, effects in Avatar aren't just a crutch, they're a wheelchair, pacemaker and iron lung. Without the effects, the movie is nothing.

  • JP rules. along with Jaws....my fav films ever.

  • This is amazing, i have to watch the movie again. Strange that they don't show it on tv as much as they used to...

  • It sometimes gets shown on AMC or USA, I believe. JP3 is always on TNT. LOL!!!

  • There it is!

  • @DinoDude65 Welcome...to Jurassic Park!

  • One of the best classical tune ever.

  • what track is this?

  • I think this is "Journey To The Island", but don't quote me on that

  • Aye, played in the scene while they... lol, journey to the island... of Isla Nublar in the helicopter. Truly epic track.

  • My Gos this takes me back! Renewed my interest in dinosaurs as a kiddy-winkle did this film!!!

  • Same here. I was always into 'em but this film/book really blew the doors wide open. Man I miss being 11 setting up JP toys all over my house as if I lived in Isla Nublar, haha.

  • I gotta get a guitar tab of this, but it is impossible to find

  • Remembering watching this movie every single day as a kid mainly because of the music. This stuff is magical!

  • WOOOT I Play Clarinet So No Wonder I Love 1:21 WOOT!!!!

  • 7:32 the best part!

  • Tears in the eyes!

Childhood Memories for me, fucking epic.

  • @Quadamag3

Same here dude! I was like 5-6 years old. Miss that time, lol!

    Indeed epic!

  • @Quadamag3 I fuckin agree with you. damn that's THE shit!

  • @Quadamag3 fucking EPIC indeed my friend FUCKING EPIC !!!! i miss those times

  • Mrs. Doubtfire and Jurassic Park have some similar music. Two of my favourite movies that were released around the same time. There soundtracks have the hallmarks of the early nineties :-)

  • similar music. except one is Robin Williams dressed as a nanny, and the other is a group adventurers were half of it gets eaten by dinosaurs.XD

  • I love 4:35... such an awesome contrast... and everybody knows what's coming lol

  • Agreed. John's transition into the theme at 5:07 is wonderful. Love the fullness of sound and theme starting at 1:23, as it is a great piece of music/theme. John really knows how to fully use the orchestra. Wonderful at 3:11, that guy has some pipes/lips.

  • 5:07 IS the reason I'm a musician and composer. I don't care what people say about John Williams... they can talk.

  • I Have That Song In A Book Called 130 Songs For Clarinet. Its A Part The Same As The Song Jurassic Park Theme( The Books Worth The Money!)

  • @jeffamarie 5.07 is the reason your a musician and composer.Thats really cool because 5.07 is the reason im an acotr.Ever since ive seen this movie ive wanted to be in movies like this..It just goes to show the legacy of this film and of course This beautiful piece of music..John williams is the best.Thank you

  • @jeffamarie 5:07 is the reason why i am not a composer...it takes a musical genius to write that! :D

  • @jeffamarie What DO people say ? Cuz if it's something else than "John Williams is the best movie composer of all time", I bet they're wrong :)

  • Comment removed

  • @jeffamarie What do they say about John Williams? It can't be his unbelievably god-like skills as a composer.

  • @jeffamarie What they are saying? He is Mozart, Beethoven and Tchaikovsky of film music! Wish he be there forever!

  • @jeffamarie 1:21 is one of the reasons why I'm a composer :)

Can you think of something more epic and adventurous sounding than that? I doubt it. Maybe only the Legend of Zelda theme.

  • @Rkmajora Superman? Star Trek The Motion Picture? The Towering Inferno?

  • @FishfilmInc Star Trek is a pretty good example of an epic melody, though it's more punchy and not 'vast' enough in the sense of adventure I get with the 'Helicopter' theme. Superman theme may or may not qualify based on ones taste, to me its not nearly as bold, serious or vast as the Jurassic Park theme, it sounds more silly and linear, where as this one encompasses a lot of space in only a few phrases.

  • Jurassic Park is THE best dinosaur movie there was, is, or ever will be. No cheesy special effects here!

  • awesome

  • Are you going to upload more Jurassic Park Soundtracks? I saw on the website that there are 16 tracks altogether.
