The problem is, this kind of breakfast suited people who used to walk all day, work hard with their hands and had a hard life like in the 19th century. Nowadays, people eat the same amount of calories at breakfast except their use their car for whatever reason and they work sitting in a chair all day long. Such breakfast is suited only for people like cowboys working hard in harsh conditions.

Should be called a 1/3rds full breakfast because you need 3 to actually be full. 2 or 3 eggs, REAL bacon, REAL biscuits from buttermilk, hash browns, toast, pancakes, and home fries for like half the price.
