  • @xway so fuckin tired of hearing it. I was on a smith machine low to the ground. my legs would hit the ground. do better

  • I would say jaz does a real musle up . Yours is more of a gymnastic move. Try straight down and up like jaz.

  • That's awesome. My best timed muscle up workout was the crossfit 30 MUs for time. Got it done in about 7 min. I'll have to try that 5 min workout though.

  • thanks Doc, hard work, sleep, recovery, and nutrition is the only thing i require. Then progress is sure to take place. Measuring it like this makes it fun.
