That's awesome. My best timed muscle up workout was the crossfit 30 MUs for time. Got it done in about 7 min. I'll have to try that 5 min workout though.

Do them with a dead hang like the Blaq Ninja you won't be able to do 3.

I would say jaz does a real musle up . Yours is more of a gymnastic move. Try straight down and up like jaz.
