What do you think of the amstrad machine its self? I didnt think americans have heard of this great british machine :) Im assuming you've played the full amstrad version. It's a great game. Theres another similiar game called "The Vindicator" Which ripped off the tunnel sections of Gryzor.
@CountVarg I think the Amstrad CPC line of computers rock. By trying to play these rare Contra games on systems like the Amstrad, I've developed interest in old-school computers in general. To me, it's a very powerful machine for its time and of the three (ZX, C64 and this), it's the best (the ZX Spectrum is a very close second). As far as I care, the C64 sucks in almost all respects (and several active communities, from what I've seen, suck). I've indeed played the full gryzor (and beat it).
@CountVarg I'm sorry. From where I'm from, we've been familiarized with Zee instead of zed. Actually I've been using zed more often these days (I guess college work requires the french pronounciation, especially when it comes to science and math formulas).
