Even if it is fake, this happens all the time. Planes, like all modern cars, are giant faraday cages and aren't affected what-so-ever by lightning, so really its not a big deal and the uploader has no reason to fake it.

Airplanes get hit by lightning all the time, little to no damage is done because there is no contact with the ground, and the lighting goes right over the airplanes aluminum frame.
