Well its hard too say, it depends on which team you like to play? Good players for mid-class teams are maybe useless for teams like united, barcelona, inter and so on. I can only speak about the player i haved played so far in udinese, villareal and leverkusen.
Try Cazorla(Villareal) very good technics, pass and good shot abilitys. not so expensive, improves fast. Or Gargano (Napoli) good destoyer in CM. Also Mbengue an frenchman playing i think for valenciannes, leftback
